Senior Position - Luxury Villas Development

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead delivery from design and procurement through construction, completion and handover.
• Manage main contractors, consultants, specialist contractors and multiple project interfaces.
• Drive programme, cost, quality, HSE and overall project performance.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction progress and commercial matters.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims and critical delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder coordination.
• Drive timely completion, snagging, commissioning and handover of villa clusters.
