Senior PMO (Project Management Office)

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct project audits and periodic health checks covering scope, schedule, cost, risks, and governance.
• Identify non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and track corrective actions to closure.
• Monitor compliance with project management methodologies, standards, templates, and processes.
• Develop and maintain project governance dashboards, MIS reports, and portfolio analytics.
• Analyse project data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Automate recurring reports wherever feasible.
• Present project governance status, risks, and compliance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and issue escalation.
• Improve audit methodologies, checklists, templates, and reporting processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, risk management, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
