Develop detailed project and manufacturing plans from project specifications, drawings, and delivery requirements.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project.
Plan and optimize manpower, materials, machinery, methods, and other production resources.
Establish manufacturing sequences for fabrication, welding, machining, inspection, surface treatment, and dispatch.
Review engineering drawings to understand manufacturing requirements and identify potential execution challenges.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and production targets.
