Senior Planning Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, P6, and other relevant tools.
  
• Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  
• Conduct regular progress tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
  

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop baseline, detailed execution, and recovery schedules.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and prepare variance reports.
• Coordinate with Project, Execution, Billing, Procurement, and Subcontractor teams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and activity-wise progress against the plan.
• Assist in delay analysis, EOT documentation, and corrective action planning.
