Senior Placement Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to final selection, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders involved.
• Analyze market trends and industry demands to identify potential employment opportunities for graduates.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in business development, corporate relationship management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful IT hiring or placement coordination.
• Strong understanding of corporate tie-ups and partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
