About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Physical Design expert with strong experience in high-speed interfaces like PCIe.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in clocking, timing closure, and advanced node physical design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead physical design activities including CTS, clocking, and timing closure
Perform interactive debug, clock clustering, delay balancing, and skew optimization
Collaborate with RTL, verification, and validation teams for complex interface closure
Develop and maintain Tcl scripts for automation and debugging
Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in physical design Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Physical Design (ASIC/SoC/PCIe)
Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Innovus (Stylus flow)
Experience working on advanced nodes (3nm / 5nm)
Strong understanding of: Timing closure (setup/hold, MMMC), Low-power design techniques, Signal integrity, IR drop, and EM issues
Expertise in physical verification (DRC/LVS) and signoff flows
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience in CTS, clock clustering, and skew management
Strong Tcl scripting skills.
