Senior Fullstack PHP Developer with 8

+ years of experience , specifically coming from a software product company background. We need a hand-on leader who can:

• Own the Core Architecture: Utilize deep expertise in advanced PHP, OOP, and design patterns to optimize our Laravel 10 applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Bridge Engineering & Analytics: Take full ownership of our analytics tracking, reporting integrations, and Google Tag Manager (GTM/GA4) setups, treating tracking instrumentation as a core engineering discipline rather than an afterthought.
• Ensure Data Compliance: Design and maintain data workflows that safeguard user privacy and meet strict compliance standards.
• Lead and Mentor: Act as a technical beacon, guiding the team through complex cloud/serverless migrations and establishing engineering best practices across the entire lifecycle.
