About this role
Context Our core application architecture relies heavily on
PHP 8 and
Laravel 10 , backed by
SQL Server (MSSQL) databases. Furthermore, because data privacy and precise tracking are vital to our business model, our engineering team directly manages complex integrations with the Google Marketing/Analytics stack (including
GA4, GTM/Google Tag Manager, and advanced tagging mechanisms ), ensuring all systems strictly adhere to modern data privacy and compliance standards.
Problem Statement As our product scales, we are facing increased complexity in balancing high-performance backend engineering with sophisticated data analytics pipelines and strict privacy compliance. We lack a senior technical anchor who can bridge the gap between core product development and data/analytics infrastructure. To solve this, we are seeking a
Senior Fullstack PHP Developer with 8
+ years of experience , specifically coming from a software product company background. We need a hand-on leader who can:
- Own the Core Architecture: Utilize deep expertise in advanced PHP, OOP, and design patterns to optimize our Laravel 10 applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Bridge Engineering & Analytics: Take full ownership of our analytics tracking, reporting integrations, and Google Tag Manager (GTM/GA4) setups, treating tracking instrumentation as a core engineering discipline rather than an afterthought.
- Ensure Data Compliance: Design and maintain data workflows that safeguard user privacy and meet strict compliance standards.
- Lead and Mentor: Act as a technical beacon, guiding the team through complex cloud/serverless migrations and establishing engineering best practices across the entire lifecycle.
