Senior Performance Tester

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop automated tests using tools like Gatling or Load Runner to simulate large-scale user scenarios.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for performance engineering and monitoring.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in performance testing (ISTQB certified).
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools (e.g., JMeter), and technologies (e.g., HTTP protocols).
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders; excellent communication skills required.
