We are hiring an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients.

This is a full-time remote contract opportunity for a highly motivated professional based in India who can independently manage advertising accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and consistently improve campaign performance.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, takes ownership of their work, and focuses on delivering measurable results rather than simply managing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Paid Advertising Campaign Management

    • Independently manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Programmatic Advertising platforms.
    • Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
    • Manage Meta lead generation, conversion, retargeting, carousel, and dynamic advertising campaigns.
    • Handle multiple US automotive dealership advertising accounts simultaneously.
    • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, bid management, and budget optimization.
    • Ensure all campaigns follow platform best practices and are correctly configured from launch.
    • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

    2. Tracking, Analytics & Technical Implementation

    • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager, and Conversions API (CAPI).
    • Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking for forms, phone calls, website actions, and lead generation.
    • Implement and manage remarketing audiences, tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters.
    • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, campaign delivery issues, and advertising account errors.
    • Conduct regular account audits to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and campaign configurations.
    • Work with website and development teams when required to resolve technical tracking issues.

    3. Campaign Performance & Optimization

    • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze key performance indicators, including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
    • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions quickly.
    • Recommend campaign restructuring, budget reallocations, creative testing, and targeting improvements.
    • Maintain strong account performance while ensuring effective budget utilization.
    • Prepare performance reports with clear insights, observations, and actionable recommendations.

    4. Account Management & Team Collaboration

    • Take full ownership of assigned advertising accounts and campaign performance.
    • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
    • Collaborate with US-based teams to execute campaign strategies and resolve issues.
    • Provide timely campaign updates and communicate performance challenges proactively.
    • Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule with minimal supervision.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
    • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and programmatic campaigns.
    • Advanced knowledge of GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
    • Proven experience managing multiple paid advertising accounts and substantial advertising budgets.
    • Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, lead generation, and remarketing strategies.
    • Ability to independently audit, set up, troubleshoot, and optimize advertising accounts.
    • Excellent analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
    • Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
    • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
    • Willingness to work full-time during US Eastern business hours.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience managing paid advertising for US automotive dealerships.
    • Knowledge of Vehicle Ads, inventory-based advertising, and automotive lead generation.
    • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Editor, and Looker Studio.
    • Familiarity with programmatic DSP platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk.
    • Experience with CRM integrations, offline conversion tracking, and lead quality optimization.
    • Google Ads or Meta certifications.
