Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in the advertising industry and a proven track record of managing significant digital advertising budgets.

The ideal candidate should have personally managed ₹10 Lakhs+/month advertising budgets, understand full-funnel performance marketing and be capable of turning media investment into measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can strategize, execute, analyse, optimize and scale campaigns while working closely with creative, account management, strategy and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple client/business accounts.
• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and other paid media platforms.
• Independently manage and optimize ₹10 Lakhs+ advertising budgets/month.
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies from awareness to conversion and retargeting.
• Set campaign objectives, budgets, audience strategies, bidding strategies and KPIs.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS and revenue contribution.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages and offers.
• Work with creative teams to develop performance-focused ad concepts and creatives.
• Work with analytics/technical teams on tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
• Prepare performance reports and clearly communicate insights, challenges and recommendations.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies quickly.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Mentor junior performance marketers and establish campaign optimization best practices.
• Manage multiple campaigns while maintaining strong control over budgets and performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience preferred.
• Strong experience working within an advertising agency / digital advertising environment.
• Proven experience managing ₹10 Lakhs+ advertising budgets/month.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, media buying and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
