Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Meta Ads

Remote senior media-buying role owning Meta as a complete performance channel for a high-growth consumer brand.

• Requires 4-7+ years of hands-on Meta buying for D2C or consumer brands, including at least 2 years at meaningful scale and direct ownership of USD 300,000-plus monthly spend for a single brand or dedicated account.
• Strong account architecture, budget authority, contribution-margin thinking, creative testing, Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, catalogue and DPA, attribution and reconciliation across Meta, Shopify and analytics platforms are mandatory.
• Four hours of overlap with 9 AM-1 PM US Eastern time is required.

• Education: Graduate; relevant marketing qualification preferred
