Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimise Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimisation.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of conversion optimisation, attribution, and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred: Experience with international markets, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRO.
