Senior Pega System Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Pega applications, workflows, case types, integrations, and reusable application components.
• Configure Pega Platform applications in line with architecture standards, business requirements, and solution designs.
• Support migration of Pega applications and environments, including assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration validation.
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable fixes across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on application maintenance, release readiness, environment support, and platform stability.

Skills Required:

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Pega development, application engineering, and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA Platform and enterprise Pega application development.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application configuration, workflows, and case management.
• Experience working as a Pega Developer on complex application implementations and enhancements.
• Experience with Pega application or environment migration, including migration planning and validation.

Good to Have:

• Experience deploying or supporting Pega environments on AWS.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
