About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications using CSA (Customer Service Assistant) architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop technical documentation for Pega systems, including configuration guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Pega systems.
Job Requirements :
- 9-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Pega CSA architecture.
- Proficiency in CSSA (Customer Service Assistant) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Pega development life cycle, including design, build, test, deploy phases.
