- Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to Pega best practices
- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture of Pega solutions
- Drive advanced implementation across integration, security, error handling, reporting, decisioning, and UI/UX
- Conduct peer code reviews, enforce guardrail compliance, and manage technical debt
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery leads to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions
- Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery
