Title: Senior Pega Developer - CSSA

Location: PAN INDIA, REMOTE WORKING

Work Hours: Overlap timing up to 10:30 PM IST

Overview:

This engagement involves migrating a business-critical sales and account management system to a cloud-based platform, coupled with a product version upgrade. The scope encompasses full infrastructure provisioning, application refactoring for cloud compatibility, comprehensive testing across multiple phases (unit, UAT, performance, security), and data migration with zero-downtime go-live. Key activities include cloud environment design, application remediation to resolve cloud readiness issues, and knowledge transfer to the client team. Delivery is structured in Agile sprints with weekly status reporting and collaborative governance to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cloud environment design and provisioning; manage private connectivity setup and configuration management
• Lead application remediation efforts for cloud readiness including resolving file service, SQL connector, and SSL certificate issues
• Execute initial system testing in cloud development environment and identify/resolve cloud-specific defects
• Manage non-production cloud environment migration and coordinate UAT/SIT activities
• Support data migration dry runs and testing; identify and remediate post-migration infrastructure issues
• Participate in daily standups and weekly status reporting; manage technical blockers and impediments
• Provide mentoring to System Architect resources and ensure quality standards across technical deliverables
