Senior Payroll Consultant - UKG Ready

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations within UKG Ready (discovery, configuration, testing, go-live).
• Configure payroll components including: Earnings and deductions, Federal, state, and local tax setup, Direct deposit and pay rules, Garnishments and child support, and UKG Payroll services builds.
• Convert Payroll data and history into UKG Ready formats.
• Configure GL files for multiple accounting systems.
• Support payroll-related integrations (timekeeping, benefits, general ledger).
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.
• Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development.
• Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands -on consulting experience with the UKG Ready payroll module.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
• Experience with garnishments, tax filings, and year-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• UKG Ready certification.
• Prior implementation or consulting experience.
• Experience with payroll GL mapping and financial integrations.
