Senior Patent Analyst

Elevate is hiring for Senior Patent Analyst role who will play a crucial role in conducting high-quality patent searches and technology analyses. This position involves working closely with global clients and inventors to support IP decisions and innovation strategies. It offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects across patentability, invalidation, FTO, and landscape studies.

Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst Engineering Searching will:

• Conduct various patent search projects, including:

1. Patentability Searches Assessing novelty and inventiveness.
2. Invalidation Searches Supporting legal challenges through prior art analysis.
3. Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) Searches – Helping clients launch new products safely.
4. Technology Landscapes – Performing White Space analysis and Competitor Monitoring.
5. Other services such as market research, patent portfolio assessment, etc.

• Analyze technical and patent data using online databases.
• Evaluate and summarize search findings clearly and accurately.
• Prepare client-ready reports and present key insights.
• Ensure timely and thorough delivery of all assigned projects.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in patent searching and analysis.
• Exposure to engineering-focused IP searches and client communications preferred.
