Senior Patent Analyst - Prosecution

Roles and Responsibilities :Senior Patent Analyst in the Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) - Prosecution team to draft responses to PTO communications in the US and EP. The role involves a mix of legal and technical knowledge to ensure successful patent prosecution while complying with jurisdiction-specific rules and client expectations. 

• Specifically, the Senior Patent Analyst – ICT Prosecution will 
• File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP. 
• Draft and file responses to PTO communications. 
• Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and status updates. 
• Maintain timely updates, documentation, and file management.

Job Requirements :

• 1–4 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain. 
• Strong understanding and familiarity with global procedures (USPTO, EPO, WIPO). 
• Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112
