Senior P&C Coordinator

As Senior P&C Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience at Energy Exemplar, supporting assigned business functions across India. As the day-to-day P&C contact for managers and employees, you'll build trusted relationships, understand team priorities and turn employee feedback and people data into practical recommendations that make a difference.

You'll take ownership of key moments in the employee journey, from welcoming new starters and supporting probation through to offboarding, coordinating with relevant teams to deliver a smooth and positive experience. You'll also help bring people programmes to life, guide managers through established policies and processes, and partner with the Senior Director, P&C on sensitive or complex matters.
