About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Lead USDA, EU Organic, Control Union, Ecocert & OneCert programs
* Own OSPs, ICS, traceability & audit documentation
* Drive audits, corrective actions & certification renewals
* Support our Organic ERP rollout and train field teams
Preferred candidate profile
* 5+ years in organic certification, compliance, agriculture or food exports
* Hands-on experience with major standards (Control Union, Ecocert, USDA, EU Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance)
* Strong grasp of ICS, grower groups, traceability & project management
CTC- 18 LAKHS
SALARY- 8LAKHS TO 10 LAKHS (DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE)
