Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Mandatory Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience across Oracle Fusion Finance, including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expense Management
• Advanced Collections
• Revenue Management
• Risk Management

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Finance implementations, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
• Must have completed at least one proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation through successful go-live.
• Strong implementation experience within the Construction, and Real Estate industries is mandatory.
• Experience across additional industries will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to prepare and conduct Oracle Fusion HCM demonstration sessions for customers using demo environments, covering relevant business scenarios and HCM capabilities.
• Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and Oracle Fusion configuration.
• Experience conducting CRP, SIT and UAT, including issue resolution and business-user support.
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, financial reporting and coordination with technical teams.
• Ability to prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, training materials and implementation deliverables.
• Experience supporting cutover, go-live and post-production/hypercare activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Arabic language capability is an advantage.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently within an offshore delivery model and collaborate with onsite/customer-facing teams.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required during critical project phases, including testing, cutover and go-live.
