Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, GoldenGate, Exadata, performance tuning, and troubleshooting . Role involves managing high-availability databases in a 24x7 production setup. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle DBs across prod & non-prod environments
• Work on RAC, Data Guard, ASM, GoldenGate
• Handle installation, patching, upgrades, migrations, cloning
• RMAN backup & recovery management
• Performance tuning using AWR/ASH/ADDM, SQL tuning
• Support Exadata environments
• Ensure HA/DR readiness and participate in DR drills
• Production incident handling with cross-team coordination
• Maintain documentation and SOPs Required Experience
• 8–10 years as Oracle DBA
• Strong BFSI/Banking domain experience (mandatory)
• Expertise in RAC, Data Guard, ASM, GoldenGate, Exadata
• Strong performance tuning & troubleshooting skills
• RMAN, Linux/Unix, HA & DR concepts
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – mandatory
• Experience in 24x7 critical production support Preferred Skills
• OEM, Shell/Python scripting
• ITIL knowledge
• Enterprise-scale production experience Soft Skills
• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure incidents
