Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer to join our enterprise applications team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you will lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions using Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines). You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, optimizing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) flows and integrating CPQ with enterprise CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Development: Design and implement robust Oracle CPQ end-to-end solutions, including Product Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, Document Designer, and Approval Workflows.
• Scripting & Customization: Write and maintain advanced BML (BigMachines Extensible Language), BMQL, and JavaScript/jQuery for custom business logic, dynamic rules, and UI enhancements.
• System Integrations: Build and manage seamless REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Oracle CPQ with upstream CRM (Salesforce/Oracle CX) and downstream ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Fusion, or SAP).
• Platform Administration: Oversee Migration Center operations, Data Tables, User/Group Management, and environment deployments across sandbox and production instances.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical specs while serving as the technical lead during SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Leadership & Optimization: Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on core software development experience, with at least 3–5 years dedicated to Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Core Technical Expertise: Proficient in BML, BMQL, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) life cycle, Asset-Based Ordering (ABO), guided selling, and complex discounting structures.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Oracle CPQ Cloud Developer Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware solutions like Boomi.
• Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI/UX framework.
