Senior Oracle Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Design and implement Oracle integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, and middleware.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Forms, interfaces, workflows, and customizations.
• Lead Oracle upgrades, migrations, data conversions, and cloud transformation projects.
• Prepare technical/functional specifications, solution designs, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle application, integration, database, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver Oracle solutions.
• Conduct code/design reviews, testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across Oracle projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, development, or technical/functional roles.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in Oracle implementation, migration, upgrades, customization, data conversion, and production support.
• Knowledge of OCI, Oracle Cloud, Java, Linux/Unix, middleware, and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, testing, UAT, and change management.
• Excellent solution design, problem-solving, client management, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, Oracle EBS, Oracle Database, or OIC are an advantage.
