Job Description: Syntax is currently seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Analyst. The Senior OCI Analyst will support mission critical workload on OCI as well as onboarding new customers to OCI. Works closely within Syntax and customers to provision and manage resources in OCI. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter contributor who has a good cloud computing background, as well as experience in performing implementations and orchestration of the complete array of OCI infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and platformas-a-service (PaaS) offerings.

Responsibilities Lead and possess self-drive ability in onboarding process to deliver proposed solutions and customer expectations. Work with Project Managers and customers to understand customer requirements, technical designs, and infrastructure builds, providing inputs required to successfully automate deployments. Adhere to technical standards and best practices for Syntax’s OCI IaaS solutions, collaborating with OCI and other teams’ colleagues within Syntax. Draft architecture design diagrams, document onboarding runbooks and creating standard operating procedures. Understand and Perform operations as per custom requirements.
