Senior Optical Engineer :-

Experience: 10 to 17 Yrs

Work location: Noida/Gurugram/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in fiber optic networks design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with OTDR measurement, validation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in Fronthaul, Backhaul (MBH), SDH, OTN, and IP-RAN network deployment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with DWDM, CWDM, and optical transmission systems.
• Proficiency in using multi-vendor OSS/NMS tools .
• Solid understanding of telecom transport architecture and fronthaul connectivity principles for 4G/5G networks.
• Competence in Python scripting and automation for data validation, alarm correlation, and reporting.
• Ability to perform site audits, optical performance verification, and provide technical guidance to field teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Optical Engineering (or equivalent).
