Senior Operations / Operations Manager

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Own end-to-end operations from *order confirmation to production, quality, warehouse, allocation and dispatch*.

* Drive production planning, vendor/job-worker management and *Plan vs Actual* adherence.

* Manage quality checkpoints and reduce rejection, rework, alteration and production delays.

* Oversee warehouse, inventory accuracy, allocation and *OTIF dispatch performance*.

* Develop SOPs, MIS dashboards, KPIs and process improvement initiatives.

* Control operational costs, wastage, freight and production leakage.

* Lead teams across Production, Quality, Warehouse, Dispatch and Operations.

* Build systems and processes to reduce routine *Founder dependency*.

*Ideal Candidate:*

* 10 to 15+ years of experience in *Apparel/Fashion Operations, Production or Supply Chain*.

* 4 to 5+ years in a senior Operations/Production leadership role.

* Strong experience in *womens apparel production*, multiple factories/job workers and vendors.

* Good knowledge of production planning, garment quality, inventory and warehouse operations.

* Strong Excel/MIS/ERP, vendor negotiation and team-management skills.

* Highly organised, data-driven and comfortable handling aggressive timelines.
