Roles & Responsibilities
FP&A candidates.Support the coordination, development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting systems, including the identification of interdependencies across business functions to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision making by the stakeholders Manage execution & resolve deficiencies with hands-on approach, wherever necessary Drive overall client communication by ensuring sustainable & seamless business relationship leveraging overall insights over the business dynamics/ contexts to solve ad-hoc queries/ complex issues faced by the stakeholders Drive transformations by working with various stakeholdersQualification & Skills: Finance Graduate, with professional qualification (CA, MBA - Fin) 10-12 years of hands-on core FP&A experience with at least 2-3 years in supervisory capacity in leading FP&A team Hand on experience of Finance , Planning & Analysis processes Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy Very good communication & presentation skillsEducational RequirementBComPreferred SkillsFinance & Accounts->FP&AService LineBPO Service Line
