Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our IT consulting business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resource allocation, utilization management, workforce planning, operational governance, and delivery support across multiple technology projects. Experience in managing operations for SAP consulting engagements will be an added advantage.

• Own end-to-end operational management across multiple IT consulting engagements.
• Drive resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization to maximize billability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Practice Heads, and HR to forecast resource demand and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor resource utilization, bench management, and workforce optimization.
• Track and report key operational KPIs, including utilization, project staffing, revenue leakage, and productivity metrics.
• Establish governance mechanisms to ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to align hiring plans with business demand.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional coordination between Delivery, Sales, HR, Finance, and PMO teams.
• Prepare management dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Support business planning, resource forecasting, budgeting, and organizational growth initiatives.

• Strong experience in IT Operations, Delivery Operations, or Resource Management.

• Experience working with global delivery teams and offshore/onsite engagement models.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and resource management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or PMP certification is an added advantage.
