About this role
- We are looking for an independent and flexible individual with 10 to 15 yrs of experience who can take initiative and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment, while contributing to the build-out of local operations from the ground up.
- This role is essential in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-organized workplace, enabling employees to focus on their work with confidence and efficiency.
- Manages end-to-end Portfolio Administration services across multiple client accounts, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and align with client service agreements.
- Leads, coaches, and develops team members while overseeing daily operations, onboarding, training, and continuous process improvement.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams, delivering superior service and identifying opportunities for account growth and efficiency enhancements.
- Oversees monthly billing, rent and financial reporting, and ensures timely, accurate reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technology team to implement and/or research new ideas for system enhancements or troubleshoot system issues.
- Partner with upper management across the organization on various projects, initiatives and on day-to-day support/escalations.
- Help team plan & prioritize duties & project support work.
- Find opportunities for process improvement/efficiencies and implement as appropriate.

- HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Business Leadership Interactions with External:
- Vendors, Service Providers, Government & Regulatory Authorities, Auditors
