Senior Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day purchasing of non-strategic goods and services based on internal requests.

Source suppliers, request and compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms for quick-turnaround needs.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and service-level agreements.

Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier data, and pricing information in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.

• Resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in spot buying activities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers who align with our quality, cost, and sustainability standards.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activitiesfrom RFQs and RFPs to contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
• Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
