Senior Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring adherence to SOPs and KPIs.
  
• Oversee team handling, motivation, and attrition control to achieve targets.
  
• Develop strategies for revenue generation through effective sales operations and target achievement.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines by setting priorities and allocating resources efficiently.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in BPO Operations or Call Center Operations with expertise in Contact Center Operations.
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations, Team Motivation, Target Management (SMART), and Attrition Control.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• BPO Experience is mandatory.
