Senior Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate pre-event planning, event production and on-ground execution.

Manage event timelines, checklists, schedules and operational deliverables.

Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, AV, production, logistics, hospitality and other service partners.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to understand and execute event requirements.

Coordinate venue setup, branding, stage, AV, guest movement, registration and other event-day requirements.

Manage logistics including transportation, accommodation, manpower, equipment and material movement.

Obtain and compare vendor quotations and coordinate with the Accounts team for operational expenses.

Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Identify operational challenges and resolve last-minute issues during event execution.

Maintain event-related documentation, vendor details, checklists, schedules and post-event reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Creative, Client Servicing, Marketing and Accounts.

Travel to event locations and supervise on-ground activities whenever required.

Ensure all event requirements are delivered as per agreed timelines, quality standards and client expectations.
