Position: Senior Operations Executive

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Qualification or Experience:

● CA Fresher,

● Inter CA with approximately 3 years of relevant experience,

● or a postgraduate with relevant operations experience in a SEBI- or IFSCA-registered PMS, AIF, fund or similar investment management business

Required Skills & Attributes

● Qualification: CA Fresher, Inter CA with approximately 3 years of relevant experience, or a postgraduate with relevant operations experience in a SEBI- or IFSCA-registered PMS, AIF, fund or similar investment management business.

● Relevant Experience: Prior exposure to investment management, fund operations, PMS, AIF, fund administration or similar financial operations will be an advantage.

● Excel: Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial and operational data. Knowledge of formulas, lookups and pivot tables is preferred.

● Systems: Comfortable learning and working with fund accounting, reporting and operational systems. Experience with platforms such as Wealth Spectrum, CAMS, KFin, NSDL/CDSL, custodial platforms or similar systems will be an advantage.

● Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot inconsistencies and manually cross-check information across multiple reports and sources.

● Problem-Solving: Able to investigate discrepancies and trace issues to their source instead of simply reporting that something is wrong.

● Learning Ability: Quick learner with the ability to understand interconnected processes across operations, accounting, reporting and compliance.

● Ownership: Reliable, proactive and accountable for completing assigned work accurately and on time.

● Communication: Able to coordinate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
