Senior Operations Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processes for employees in the engineering & construction industry.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as ESIC, PF, Gratuity Act, and other relevant laws.
• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management systems and payroll processing software.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
