Senior Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage after-sales service operations for lighting products, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to resolve product-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of warranty claims and replacement parts requests.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in after-sales service processes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field (e.g., electronics manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex customer interactions.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
