Job Summary
Everest Industries Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Senior Site Officer to manage and supervise on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Review drawings and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the stores and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Identify execution delays and support corrective actions to meet project schedules.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
- Ensure adherence to approved work methods, quality procedures, and safety standards.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant site execution and project coordination experience is essential.
Experience Required
- 58 years of experience in site execution, construction, or project supervision.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or steel building projects will be an advantage.
- Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and progress monitoring is preferred.
Required Skills

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
