Key Responsibilities 14 Days Residential Training in Mumbai | No Training Fees • Acquire and onboard new customers for the bank. • Sell banking products including Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Digital Banking, and Farmer Finance products such as Kisan Credit Card and Agricultural Finance. • Service existing customers and build long-term relationships. • Cross-sell relevant banking products and financial services to existing customers. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve assigned sales targets. • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. • Deliver a positive and excellent customer experience. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university. • Minimum 50% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. • Age: 24 years or below. • Male candidates only. • Willingness to work in a sales-oriented role. • Must be flexible to work at any location across India, with Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat & Rajasthan as priority locations.
