RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Possess a deep understanding of FDA and ICH guidelines related to

OOS/OOT investigations.

2. Demonstrate strong Technical, scientific & drafting skills

3.Draft investigations and summary reports

4.Prepare and maintain Trend reports of OOS/OOT

5.Keep a track of ongoing investigation
