Senior Officer - Production

Location: Pantnagar

Main Purpose Of Job:

The Production Officer is responsible to manage designated team, plant and material (resources) in a culture of performance monitoring, review and actions to ensure full compliance with Nestlé standards.

The role has a shared responsibility of tasks together with others ensuring Supply processes (internal and external customer) to ensure a low cost, highly efficient and sustainable operation.

Product manufacture; ensure production schedule adherence by coordinating with shop floor teams to meet agreed timetable.

Compliance; maintain strict adherence to established production standards and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.

Continuous improvement; actively engage in facilitating SGIA sessions and utilize quality control tools to identify and address process inefficiencies.
