Senior Officer - IT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktops and laptops.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues and perform network support as needed.
  
• Configure Outlook email clients for optimal performance and troubleshoot any related issues.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on desktop support or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of OS installation, LAN troubleshooting, hardware support, software installation, network support, Outlook configuration.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
