Senior Officer - Business Development

Purpose/Objective

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & EXIM professional to support domestic and international business growth for Adani Defence & Aerospace.
The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing export-import processes, coordinating with global partners, and supporting government and defence-related projects.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop business opportunities in defence, aerospace, and homeland security sectors.
- Support bid management, proposals, customer presentations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate export-import documentation, licenses, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
- Liaise with international OEMs, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and export control regulations.
- Track business pipeline, customer engagements, and project progress.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related field.
