Senior of Ecommerce Growth Aggregator Platforms (Swiggy & Zomato)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven, data-oriented, and strategic Head of Growth to lead and

scale our aggregator business across Swiggy and Zomato. This role owns aggregator

performance, revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance and P&L for aggregator channels.
• Drive growth across revenue, visibility, conversion, and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Lead commercial negotiations with platform partners.
• Plan and execute advertisements, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain catalog hygiene and optimize conversion.
• Lead new store launches and scale performance.
• Build and manage the aggregator operations team.
• Leverage AI and data tools for efficiency and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Food-Tech, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-led decision making.
