Senior Odoo Consultant

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience, preferably across multiple Odoo versions.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, ORM, module architecture, workflows, security, and access controls.
• Experience developing custom Odoo modules and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of Odoo deployment and production environments.
• Ability to independently understand requirements and recommend technically practical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
• Work with both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
• Customize existing modules and develop new functionality based on business requirements.
• Work with modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, eCommerce, and related applications.
• Develop and work with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance, functional, and integration issues.
• Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technical configuration.
• Translate business requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
