Job Description

CubNesto is looking for an experienced Senior Nurse Trainer with a strong background in gynecology, maternity, postnatal care, and newborn care to train and assess caregivers providing mother and baby care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Train caregivers in Japa services, newborn care, baby care, nanny services, and postpartum mother care.
• Conduct practical training on newborn handling, bathing, diaper changing, infant massage, maternal hygiene, and infection prevention.
• Educate caregivers on breastfeeding support within their role, baby safety, and recognizing warning signs that require medical attention.
• Conduct group discussions (GD), practical demonstrations, role-plays, and caregiver competency assessments.
• Prepare training modules, SOPs, checklists, and assessment reports.
• Ensure caregivers follow CubNestos hygiene, safety, child protection, and professional conduct guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 710 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in gynecology, maternity, postnatal, or newborn care.
• Previous experience in nursing, caregiver training, or staff supervision is preferred.
• Strong communication, teaching, and practical demonstration skills.
• Ability to assess caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback.
