Senior Non It Recruiter

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and recruitment skills, experience handling Non-IT requirements, and the ability to work independently with startup and SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular updates on candidate status, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of assigned requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active requirements.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and delivery timelines.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:-

• 3-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing and candidate identification.
• Experience working with startup/SME clients.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
