Senior Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for IT and NON-IT clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and preferences.
• Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates to ensure they meet the required skillsets and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in sales hiring or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record in managing bulk hiring projects with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT/Non-IT industries' job market trends, technologies, and skills required by employers.
