𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Software Development 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁: Node.JS is a framework built on top of Node.js, and therefore, strong proficiency in JavaScript is a must. • 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲.𝗷𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.𝗷𝘀: Should have a good understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem, including its libraries, frameworks, and Packages (Mongoose, Multer). • 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀: Familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and the Document Object Model (DOM). • 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸s: Experience working with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular. • 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀: Should be familiar with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀: A Node.JS developer should have experience building and consuming Restful APIs. • 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿-𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: A Node.JS developer should understand server-side rendering and how it can improve website performance. • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸s: A Node.JS developer should be familiar with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha. • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀: A Node.JS developer should have experience with deploying applications to production environments and working with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: should have experience building real-time applications using technologies such as WebSocket’s and Socket.io. • 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗶𝘁: A Node JS developer should have experience working with Git for version control. • Strong problem-solving skills: A Node.JS developer should be able to solve complex problems and debug code efficiently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills: Should have strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
