Key Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 support for Sophos Firewall environments. • Manage Cisco Meraki switches, access points, and security appliances. • Troubleshoot VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and HA environments. • Perform firewall upgrades, patching, audits, backups, and configuration reviews. • Conduct RCA and manage major incidents. • Design and implement network and security solutions including Sophos, Meraki, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Hybrid Cloud connectivity. • Maintain technical documentation, reports, SOPs, and runbooks.

Required Skills • Sophos XGS, SG, Sophos Central • IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, SD-WAN • Cisco Meraki, Routing, Switching, VLANs, OSPF, Wireless Networking • Azure Networking, VPN Gateway, Virtual WAN, Route Tables, NSGs • Network Monitoring Tools: PRTG, Auvik, Zabbix, LogicMonitor, ConnectWise • Knowledge of NIST, CIS Controls, Zero Trust, and Network Hardening

Preferred Certifications • Sophos Certified Engineer / Sophos Architect • CCNA / CCNP Enterprise • Microsoft AZ-700 • Fortinet NSE • ITIL Foundation
